Day 1: ARRIVAL IN HANOI

DAY2: HANOI SIGHT SEEING
Today you will visit Hanoi City attractions includes Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, Ho Chi Minh House on Stilt, One Pillar Pagoda, Tran Quoc Pagoda and Quan Thanh Temple. In the afternoon, you will visit Museum of Ethnology and cycle through the Old Quarter of Hanoi (by Rickshaw) (about 1hr), last stop is Hoan Kiem Lake, Ngoc Son Temple and enjoy aWater Puppet Show to learn more about Vietnamese traditional culture. Stay overnight in Hanoi.
DAY 3: HANOI- HA LONG CRUISE(OVERNIGHT ON CRUISE)
Enjoy breakfast at the hotel. 08h00: Pick up from your hotel. Depart for Halong city through the countryside, farmlands and Red River delta. Stopover on the way for a refreshment break. Arrive at Hongai habour – next to Baitho (poem) mountain, check – in on the cruise Welcome drinks will be served. Lunch is served while cruising through the Baitulong bay to Halong bay.Visit splendid Sung Sot cave. This is one of the most beautiful grotto in Halong bay. You will feel surprise about imposing of stalagmites, stalactites and many legend stories about that. Time for kayaking around surprise cave area. You will have got around 45 minutes to explore halong bay and some tunnel by yourself. Back to the cruise, cruising to Drum cave for docking and sleeping. Passing many beautiful islets on the bay: Head man’s face islet, Saddle horse islet, Fairy lake, drum cave, Virgin cave.Time for relaxing afternoon, make the most of sunbathing on deck. Taking picture on the way…Enjoy the small party with fresh fruits and Vietnamese green tea. DAY 4: HA LONG CRUISE- NINH BINH
Start your day with Taichi exercises or a photo hunt. Breakfast, coffee and tea and served while cruising ahead to Baitulong Bay. The route is really tranquil and islets really imposing. Rowing small local bamboo boat (around 1 hour) to visit Vong Vieng floating fishing village. Our guide will give you some information and interesting facts about this fascinating village and its local community. Back to boat. Take time to refresh and relax before checking out. Keep sailing back to the Habour through the waters and passing many beautiful islets and island on the Baitulong Bay. Vietnamese Cooking Class & an early lunch is served. Arrive at the pier return from Halong to Ninh Binh. Overnight in Ninh Binh.
DAY 5: NINH BINH – THUNG NANG VALLEY- NIGHT TRAIN TO DONG HOI
Enjoy breakfast at the hotel. Getting stared from the hotel in the morning to visit Thung Nang Valley is a new discovered touris routes of Tam Coc – Bich Dong which includes such as Thung Nang valley, Voi temple, Nang grottoes…Particularly, there is much more economic potential like agriculture and forestry, aquaculture, Cattle grazing, poulty feeding etc.
Thung Nang valley is the in the middle of the Limestone Mountains covered by trees that seem to have some hidden charms that need to be discovered. On the way to Thung Nang Valley, we have to go by boat about 3,5 kilometers to visit the holy Voi temple that was built hundreds of years ago,You have change to visit rice paddy with wonderful view in Ninh Binh with bicycle. Transfer for night train to Dong Hoi.
DAY 6: DONG HOI – PHONG NHA- DONG HOI
Upon arrival, hotel checks in and free at leisure until pick up and transfer to visit Phong Nha National Park this morning, and then board your private boat for the 1.5km cruise down the Son River to the Phong Nha Caves. You will enter the mystical tunnels filled with mighty stalactites and stalagmites and visitthe Paradise Cave before returning to Dong Hoi. Stay overnight in Dong Hoi.
DAY 7: DONG HOI- VINH MOC-DMZ- HUE
Breakfast at hotel. Leave Dong Hoi for Quang Tri Province – Visit to Vinh Moc Tunnels- The Old DMZ (Vietnamese Demilitarized Zone) – Hien Luong Bridge Ben Hai River, the Border between the North and the South of Vietnam. Then, we will take transfer to Hue. Overnight in Hue.
DAY 8: HUE IMPERIAL TOUR
After breakfast, you will first visit the Royal Tomb of King Ming Mang. Then sail the Perfume River by Royal Dragon Boat to the seven-storey Thien Mu Pagoda. Transfer to visitImperial Citadel with cobbled paths and tour the Forbidden Purple City. Later on, absorb the energy, sounds and odors of the bustling Dong Ba Market.
DAY 9: HUE – DA NANG- HOI AN
After a relaxing breakfast we head for Hoi An. On the way, we stop to visit Hai Van Pass, Non Nuoc Beach, Cham Museum, and Marble Mountain. Have lunch at Danang local restaurant before going to Hoi An town. Arrive in Hoi An in the afternoon, check in to hotel and have some free time on your own on the beach or shopping. Stay overnight in Hoi An.
DAY 10: HOI AN- MY SON – HOI AN
This morning depart for the My Son-Holy Land to see the remains of Kingdom of Champa. After lunch drive back to Hoi An to visit Japanese Bridge, renowned Chinese Temple, and former Vietnamese former merchants house. Then enjoy some leisure time in the ancient town. Overnight in Hoi An.
DAY 11: HOI AN- COOKING CLASS-RELAX
Breakfast is served at your hotel. Start the day (from 8.15am to 1.30pm) at our meeting point with a drink. Visit Hoi An’ s colorful market, and experience the amazing sights, sounds and aromas of this busy market. We will have the opportunity to interact with the local sellers and purchase some of the ingredients to be used in the cooking lesson later.
Board the Red Bridge boat for a leisurely cruise (25 minutes) along the Hoi An River to the Red Bridge Cooking School. This is a chance to view local river life, so make sure your camera is handy.
Upon arrival, explore the cooking school’s herb and vegetable garden, before learning about some of Hoi An’s and Vietnam’s well-known dishes. The cooking lesson runs for about 2 hours – each dish is first demonstrated by the Red Bridge chef’s, before we prepare the same dish ourselves. Included in the class is a brief introduction to Vietnamese food carving (plate decoration).After the lesson, we sit down and eat what we have cooked.

DAY 12: HOI AN- DA NANG- FLIGHT TO SAIGON SIGHT SEEING
You will have free time till your guide meets you and escorts you to airport for your flight to Ho Chi Minh City. Upon your arrival in Ho Chi Minh City, our guide will meet you and escort you to your hotel,
From the hotel we take to visit theWar Remnants Museum and Reunification Palace (the former Presidential Palace), the Notre Dame Cathedral, Old Saigon Post Office and Dong Khoi Street (formerly Rue Catinat) absolutely nice choices for a free stroll. Ben Thanh market. Overnight in Saigon.
DAY 13: SAIGON- CAI BE- MANG THIT
Enjoy breakfast at the hotel. Transfer to Cai Be and Boarding at Cai Be at noon. Welcome drink, Introduction to the ship and crew, check into the cabins. Departure towards Cho Lach on the Tien Giang river. Lunch while on route. Rest on the deck, or enjoy the open bar. Branching into Cho Lach canal for 30 minutes through the traffic of sand and rice barges, in a scenery of fruit drying facilities and wooden ship building yards. Visit of a village on the banks of river Mang Thit, an opportunity to appreciate the way of life and hospitality of the local inhabitants. Visit of the orchard or rice fields nearby. 06:30 Departure towards Cai Be. The passengers take their breakfast while enjoying the scenery on the banks. The Bassac follows around the Binh Hoa Phuoc peninsula then reaches into the First River, then the branch to Cai Be, inbetween banks of freshwater mangrove. • Arrival in Cai Be, check-out and boarding of a local boat through the floating market for a visit of Cai Be’s handicraft. End of services by mid-morning on shore at Cái Bè. Pick up and transfer back to Saigon. Stay overnight in Saigon.
Day 15 : SAIGON -DEPARTURE (B)
